Each project team has appointed a person who presented the project’s content to the public.

The selection committee was composed of: Cristina Guseth (Director of Freedom House Romania), Adrian Badila (President of Alma-Ro Association) and Daniel Dinca (General Manager of Radio Semnal).
The selection committee gave a score to each project presented, and participants voted each project that they considered most valuable.
The final score obtained by each project was the sum of votes given by the selection committee and the total number of votes from the participants.
